Clear Vector Intelligence was built by Jay — a senior engineer specialising in simulation and analytical modelling, with a background in finite element analysis applied to high-precision systems.

CVI was conceived during extended international travel, where the gap between arrival state and performance readiness became impossible to ignore. Boarding a flight with a critical meeting on the other end, and landing with half the cognitive resources the meeting required — this is a problem every high-performer knows, and almost none can quantify.

Combining a lifelong interest in aviation with the analytical rigour of an engineering mindset, Jay built CVI to bring predictive precision to a problem most travellers accept as inevitable. The system applies the same methodology used to simulate thermal loads on aerospace components — decomposition into contributing factors, calibrated physics-based modelling, and continuous refinement against measured outcomes — to the physiology of the traveller themselves.

Every brief is generated by the system. Every calibration is reviewed by Jay personally. The model is not static — it tightens every week as new mission data flows back through the calibration loop.

How soon will I receive my brief after submitting a mission request?

Mission Analysis briefs (Mode 1) are delivered within 24 hours. Route Optimisation (Mode 2) within 48 hours. Multi-City Itinerary (Mode 3) within 72 hours. If your mission is urgent, flag it on the form — expedited turnaround is available on a case-by-case basis.

What if my flight changes after I've submitted a request?

Notify us as early as possible. If the brief has not yet been generated, we'll regenerate with the new parameters at no additional cost. If the brief has already been delivered, an updated brief can be issued at 50% of the original fee.

Is this just another jet lag app?

No. Jet lag apps give generic advice. CVI calculates the specific physiological cost of your specific flight, on your specific physiology, for your specific mission — and produces a brief calibrated to what you actually need to do when you land. The output is not a tip list; it's a decision document.

How is my data protected?

Your physiological profile and mission data are stored in encrypted Google Workspace infrastructure with restricted access controls. Data is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for any purpose beyond generating your briefs and calibrating the model. Deletion requests are honoured within 7 days.

What does the calibration loop actually do?

After each mission, you submit three short checkpoint scores — immediately on landing, two hours later, and six hours later. These real-world observations are compared against the model's predictions. Systematic deviations are used to refine the parameters for your performance cluster, your typical routes, and your sensitivity profile. Over time, your briefs become progressively more accurate.

Do you offer a retainer or subscription?

A Performance Partnership retainer is available for clients with 3+ missions per month. This includes all briefs, priority turnaround, quarterly calibration reviews, and direct access for mission-critical questions. Contact operations@clearvectorintelligence.com to discuss.

Can CVI integrate with my executive assistant's workflow?

Yes. Your EA can submit requests on your behalf using your registered profile. Briefs can be routed to a shared address if preferred. Integration with Google Calendar for automatic mission request triggers is in development for retainer clients.
